Managing Director
Andrew Knowlton is a Managing Director in Greystone’s Boston office, where he oversees the accounting, finance, licensing, and acquisitions teams supporting the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA). In this role, Mr. Knowlton is responsible for overseeing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and licensing activities for the MBTA’s real estate portfolio.
Mr. Knowlton’s services additionally include a role in facilitating real estate transactions for the MBTA, where his responsibilities range from financial modeling and operational interfacing to supporting negotiations and finalizing transaction documents.
Mr. Knowlton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University.
